ARGH Our Bung Bo sure needs more modification.
Look at this... I feel embarrassed after watching this... Our speed are way too slow
Comparing Speed 39sec, 51sec, 1min 23sec
But of course our one has intro and all that but the speed is just a HUGE difference!

Thanks for doing that... still not over it yet.
But first I think I'll have to finish learning Gung Ji Fuk Fu first.
Oh I looked on youtube and some of the other performances are not as good as our Gung Ji. So well done guys... keep this up and I think pretty soon we'll be pretty famous lol.

Thanks for reminding me that my Bung Bo is not speedy, Bro C!
Instead of make it fast, how about we slow down a bit and analyse the mechanics and techniques in the form? If you can do it slowly and understand the body maneuver, you can do it fast too!! (I don't see any logic behind my statement though....).
It's time to go home and get some alcohol...

Slow is better than fast in martial art. Let you mind catches up with your form first, then let your form chases your mind later on. I learn it in the hard way.
